STEM Students at Thomas Johnson Design for Reduced Runoff

6th graders at Thomas Johnson have grand visions for a greener and more sustainable Thomas Johnson Middle School. Students created models of their redesigned school with runoff reduction technologies ranging from green roofs to rain barrels. Their designs were featured at the Black History and STEM Night. Students went further by drafting letters to justify their designs.
